HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow anywhere from 1-5 business days for the production of the cowboy hats and the embroidered clothing. Each item is made to order so we need the appropriate time to complete your order to your liking. Shipping then within the US is usually within 4 business days. If you are looking to receive your cowboy hats for a certain event, please let us know when you would need it delivered by and we will let you know if it will work out or not. However, we are not able to guarantee delivery dates on orders outside of the United States. International customers are also responsible for any additional customs or fees when receiving their order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We take returns on all of the light up cowboy hats and normal embroidered clothing. Returns are accepted on normal products within 30 days of delivery. Refund will be issued after shipment confirmation of the return. Returns from outside the United States will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping. For returns, please email us at ben@howdy.company and we will send you a return label to use. We are not able to accept returns for custom made items.
HOW ARE THE COWBOY HATS POWERED?
All of the cowboy hats are powered by 2AA batteries that are included with the hat. These batteries are replaceable and the battery pack is located in the top of the inside of the hat in order to provide a clean, wire free look on the outside.
